EARLY start to get your children familiar with Hindi. This early start will stay with them for long. They will talk much more easily if they are in a learning environment.

Thursday: SEP 19, 26, Oct 10, 17, 24, 31 Nov 07, 14, 21, 28 Dec 05, 12  (reserve these dates, 10 will be done)
This is a great way to familiarize your child with Hindi. It is most suited for children aged 3 to nearly 5. You can join with your child - a parent, nanny, or grandparent. The person accompanying does not need to know Hindi.
 
Since we will have a good amount of interaction with hand gestures to follow along with, with vibrant images and get your child familiar, it is like watching Telly tubby, though with a lot of interactive fun. Your child can participate or stroll around the room freely in this format; they will still benefit and learn a lot from being in this regular class. Encourage your child's understanding and connection with Hindi in this lovely visual and sing-along Zoom class of 30 min. You will meet many like-minded families since you will also be part of the WhatsApp and online resource group.
 
Who should be with the child:
You or your nanny or grandparent do not need to know any Hindi.
 
Where should my child be:
The floor with the computer or TV screen; ideally, no other activity or noise should happen in that space during our class. The child should be given paper, colour crayons

Geeta's mission of taking Hindi language and Indian culture to the homes of the Indian diaspora living in London is highly commendable. Geeta uses the teaching methods which are prevalent in English schools and merges them with her unique teaching style which includes songs, poems, drawing, coloring, and various other innovative methods so children are engaged and interested in learning Hindi and at the same time learn about their culture.
